Dear agricultural producers and processors,
On 18 September 2025, the first informational meeting under the project was held, organized by ANTARTA AD with the participation of project partners – Burgas Free University “Prof. Dr. Asen Zlatarov”, Gebo Consulting Ltd., and representatives of the wine production sector.
The event provided an opportunity to present the main objectives, activities, and expected results of the project, as well as to discuss good practices for the valorisation of waste raw materials from wine production.
Participants demonstrated strong interest in topics related to sustainable production, circular economy, and innovative technologies for the utilization of grape seeds.
